Havoc & Lawn is made up of high school friends and tech-house DJ/Production duo Riccardo Mamoli and Simone Prati, both hailing from Reggio Emilia, a tiny village in the North of Italy, home to some of the entertainment industry and sporting world’s greatest stars including Benny Benassi, Sonia Ganassi, Stefano Baldini and Carlo Ancelotti.
Combining Riccardo’s expertise in all things live instruments and Simone’s skills in technology and software, Havoc & Lawn have been making quite the name for themselves since the birth of the house project in 2015.
After spending some time building up their image and establishing their musical vision, the boys decided to focus on tech-infused sounds and proved themselves as one of the most promising talents in today’s house scene. A string of releases helped them reach Beatport Top 10 with “Give It Up” via Defected in 2019, confirming their meteoric rise as a result of their hard work in the studio. Following this, the prolific duo released tracks on Ultra Music, Warner, Sink Or Swim and Mother Recordings.
More recently, the boys released “Girls Come By” via Selected, reaching two million streams on Spotify in just under five weeks. Their latest track “Supernova”, also via Selected, has just been published on October 7th 2021 and already counts more than one hundred thousand plays in less than a week. Not stopping there, their upcoming original in collaboration with Dutch house master Guz will be out soon on Toolroom Records.
On top of that, the pair has had the opportunity to play their music in some of the most renowned clubs and venues across the world, including mainstage performances at Nameless Musical Festival in both 2018 and 2019, tours across the best clubs in their native Italy, including, Riccione staple Cocoricò Club, Brazil, the Netherlands, as well as shows in BCM Mallorca.
